Any use of seal graphics, deed, acrylic display or certificates can only be made on the basis of the following terms of use.

Contractual partner: The contractual partner of the awarded organization is exclusively USIQ LLC, hereinafter referred to as WBE.

Right of use: With the granting of an award, the awarded organization is granted a non-exclusive right of use for an unlimited period of time. The transferred right of use entitles the awarded organizations to advertise with the granted award in any digital and printed form, unlimited in time and space. This includes any online and offline use. Each seal graphic must be used in a legible manner at all times. In addition, any online use must link to the award process. The methodology for awarding the seal must always be readily apparent. Misleading consumers must always be avoided.

Transferring this right of use to third parties is not permitted. Use by franchise partners and affiliated companies, as well as by dealers and intermediaries, is permitted provided that the third party observes and accepts these terms of use. Thus, the award does not represent a right or economic good to be sold.

Companies using the awards will be published online/offline with logo usage. The awarded company is entitled to object to publication in whole or in part. WBE will then delete the publication.

Fees: No fees are payable on a permanent basis for the use of the “Worlds Best Employer 2023” award.

Liability: The certified company itself is responsible for the use of the seal of approval / quality seal or certificate in accordance with the law. Any liability and in particular for reasons of competition law are excluded. This also applies to other claims for damages due to an inadmissible use of a seal or certificate.

WBE. shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by at least negligent breach of duty by WEB and its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Apart from that, any further liability of WBE and its legal representatives or vicarious agents is excluded.

Final Provisions: WBE reserves the right to make further changes to the terms of use. Should any provision of this contract be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the invalid provision.
